Liam Winters, Managing Partner/Business Technology Advisor
Liam’s career in Information Technology began in 1988 while working for GPU, the former parent company of Jersey Central Power and Light (JCP&L). For eight of his twenty-five plus years in IT, he has held positions in management with well-known companies such as Liz Claiborne and SunGard. Liam transitioned into the role of IT consultant and left IT management in order to focus on the needs of small to medium sized businesses. He excels in this role because he fully understands the importance that technology plays when it comes to its impact on “the bottom-line.” He is able to present multiple options for small/medium sized businesses which ensures that the technology that is deployed is congruent with the business’s needs while still remaining within budget. Liam is dedicated to meeting the needs of Close Reach Solutions’ clients. Customer satisfaction is his number one priority.
Kelly McNair, Managing Partner/Administration and Operations
Kelly handles scheduling, billing, client software renewals, and vendor partnerships. Kelly began her career as a Project Coordinator in medical education and marketing. She was promoted to the position of Project Manager and then to an Account Manager. In this position, she managed all aspects of project implementation. She managed a team of 10 and directed medical, editorial and design staff.
Thomas McNair, Senior Business Manager
Tom started his career in sales 40 years ago in the industrial cleaning supply business. He was promoted to National Sales Manager and then Vice President of Sales for a large distributor in the northeast. In 1998, Tom left the distribution side and became Vice President/Category Manager for a large, international manufacturer of commercial/industrial cleaning and sanitation chemicals. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2004. His last position was Vice President of Sales for a publically traded company also in the commercial/industrial cleaning industry. Tom brings his 40 plus years of sales and management experience to Close Reach Solutions.
